2.9 Services
Services means every product, service, feature, function or capability made available by Portfolio8 Connect, whether free or paid.
2.10 Third Party
Third Party means any organisation, supplier, contractor, technology provider, payment provider, business partner or external service provider that is not directly owned or operated by Portfolio8 Connect.
2.11 Device
Device includes any computer, laptop, smartphone, tablet, wearable device, smart television or internet-connected device used to access the Platform.

Only information intentionally published by the Business Member will be visible within publicly accessible areas of the Platform.
Portfolio8 Connect is not responsible for how other users may use information that has been intentionally published.

Where Members participate in referral, ambassador or affiliate programs, Portfolio8 Connect may disclose limited information reasonably necessary to administer those programs.

Account closure does not automatically require the deletion of all Personal Information.

Portfolio8 Connect is operated from Australia but may provide Services to users located in other jurisdictions.

29. SEVERABILITY
